The Joys of Video

There are times at the Hotel Thompson that I just enjoy my time to myself.  This is one of those Fridays.  While daddy is slaving away on household chores – yawn – I’m holed in my bedroom for some peace and quiet.  Hey, I already brought all of my dirty stuff to the laundry room.  I’m good.  *My* chores are complete – snorts.

So, I’m in my bedroom all snug in my toddler bed hanging out on the laptop and watching Green Acres on my television.  I’m surfing YouTube and came across a commercial that I have never seen.  I was laughing so hard.  I’ll tell you a secret.  I could see *myself* doing some of the things in this commercial.  It’s that good.  Take a look and see what you think.  This commercial was made for *me* to star in.  Oh Hollywood, I’m ready for my close up – snorts.

BACK FROM SYDNEY AND NOW HEADING OFF FOR WEDDING FUN

BASHFUL AND FOZZIEDAD ARRIVED HOME LAST NIGHT AT ABOUT TEN…BOTH TIRED BUT GLAD TO HAVE HAD SOME QUALITY BROMANCE TIME TOGETHER…

WE WILL BE HEADING OFF TOMORROW ..WAGONS HO’ TO GET READY FOR SATURDAYS WEDDING.

SO TWO DOGS..FOUR CATS..AND BASHFUL…YES A TRIP I AM SURE TO DELIGHT ALL..A THREE HOUR TRIP….WITH THE DOGS AND CATS SINGING AWAY…

IF I AM NOT AROUND THE BLOGGIE WORLD FEAR NOT..I WILL  BE PRETTY BUSY …BUT THERE WILL BE PICTURES AND STORIES AND AS THE BOYS AND GIRLS WERE ALREADY BOOKED IN BEFORE WE KNEW BASHFUL WAS ARRIVING..THEN BASHFUL WILL BE JOINING US AT OUR TABLE AS PARENTS OF THE GROOM..HE HAD HIS SUIT FITTING AND LOOKS SHARP….REALLY SHARP..

Meet the Rock Clan

Let me introduce you to Bashful’s friends that stay with us here at the Hotel Thompson.  They are Princess Coralena, Virginia and Manny.  Such an awesome trio. Full of life and fun – always giving us a great time full of stories from their original homes.  Do you ever wonder they do when Bashful is off traveling the world?  They are forever rolling through the halls, Skyping, and playing outside with Journalist Rocky the Squirrel and his family.  And they keep me, the purr things and the humans very entertained.

I got to talking with them this morning and believe me when I say this little oinker was rolling with laughter.  They were actually telling jokes.  I couldn’t resist, I had to get them to tell their jokes to daddy too.  OMP (oh my pig!)  We were rolling!  So much so that when mom called to ‘check on things’, we couldn’t even talk.  We were laughing that hard.  Of course, we passed on the jokes to her too.  We could hear her laughter over the phone.

So, I thought I would share this humor.

First up, Princess Coralena –

Question:  How do you make gold soup?

Answer:  You put 14 carrots in it.

Last but not least, Manny –
