Today, September 5th is Cheese Pizza Day – YAY! That’s what this squirrel is talking about. Who doesn’t like pizza – especially cheese pizza? Do you remember the movie Home Alone? What was
Kevin’s favorite pizza? CHEESE PIZZA. The basics of a wonderful pizza with all of that gooey cheesy awesomeness! Pizza has to be one of the most popular dinner meals there is – it’s quick and easy. Whether you make it yourself from scratch, with a little help from the store in a crust or delivery and/or pick up. It can be thick crust, deep dish or thin crust. What do you like? At the Hotel Thompson, they prefer stuffed crust – with extra cheese. Licks lips and gets plate ready to go see if I can ‘borrow’ a slice or two for my family 🙂 chitter-chatter – It’s what I do as a squirrel.
So tonight to celebrate – What do you want on your pizza?

Stuffed pizza!! I have asked for it in the stores up here and nobody’s heard of it. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone…I was beginning to think I made it up and it doesn’t exist. Does it only exist when you order it or is it in the stores down there? Maybe Canada’s just being slow again.

Oh my piggy heavens. Stuffed crust is one of mom’s favorites. If her and dad go out for pizza, that is the one that they have to order. I’ll see if I can’t find a pic for you. XOXO – Bacon

I go veggie all the way. In fact, I think I’l make one tonight with black olives, artichokes, and mushrooms. Oh, and extra cheese. Definitely extra cheese. 🍕

Mommy loves a pizza with black olives, onions and sausage. (Sorry about that sausage choice, Bacon.) By the way, have you ever noticed that there isn’t a National Lettuce Day. Just sayin’! 😉
