Do you smell that? It’s been an entire year since I’ve last smelled nature like that. It’s finally SPRING!!
It’s time for the flowers to bloom. It’s time for the animals to start coming back out in the back yard and playing – I can’t wait to see my rabbits again. It’s time for me to come out of hibernation and start being more active. And you know what that means – driving mom and dad crazy with my antics at the Hotel Thompson – snort.
Are you ready for some Spring? Can you smell it my friends?

YAY Spring! We are off to a bit of a rocky start though – had snow showers yesterday and it’s only 37 degrees here this morning (eeek) but we’re hoping for the best……HAPPY SPRING MY COUSIN!

It has been smelling like spring but not feeling like it. We still have a foot of snow. It is only 14F today and there is a snowstorm in the forecast for later this week (another foot of snow).

Those of us with allergies to all things in the air can’t smell it, Bacon. But we can see the bursts of color starting to erase all the gray. And melon will soon be in season!

It smells like snow outside! it’s weird for 35 degrees to feel so frigid in March, but I don’t think it’s been this cold since mid February! Strange weather we’re having!
