Welcome my friends to another week of Travels in the South. We are continuing our visit with Fozziemom and Fozziedad who came for a visit. Last week, we talked about our visit to the Baby General Hospital – the home of the Cabbage Patch kids. You can read all about it here. And if you missed it on Fozziemom’s blog, check it out here. It was definitely a great adventure to the hospital.
But let’s go back a step. You see Fozziemom mentioned some peeps that she was interested in meeting. So, mom set out to make it happen. Some peeps were just too far away and we couldn’t do it. But don’t worry, phone calls were made and squeals were heard all over the south. Then others were out of town so we couldn’t meet 😦 Then there was one that was set up. Be afraid – you should have seen mommy emailing this person that she wasn’t a bad person and wanted to meet up with a mutual friend.
The address was put in mom’s GPS and the trip was started… around curves, in the country, weaving in/out until they were found. Who did they meet? It was Jan from Jan’s Funny Farm. Let the good times roll – I think it was hard to imagine Fozziemom being right here in our neck of the woods. They all went out to a local Mexican restaurant, talked and a had an awesome time for sure. I took this picture from Jan’s page (I hope she doesn’t mind) to share with everyone. Well Bacon we sure had a great day..windy roads or not and we had a lovely time at the restaurant trying to talk between stuffing our faces lol 🙂 Miss Jan was super to meet and i am so behind but must get the pics up and share..Doc kind of had me with my hands full today!!! goodness me..Loves Fozziemum xx
