Welcome my friends.  I’m tweaking my weekly journey with my healthier living.  It’s a step in the right direction for sure.  I hope you come along for the ride.  Instead of day-to-day comments, I’m going to post something from my personal journal to share.  Hope you enjoy.  Remember all of us go down this path and we are all in it together ❤

Week of  07/01-07/07/2018 – Week 26

“Dear Journal – What an awesome week this was.  It was my birthday on July 3rd.  This was one of the best birthdays I’ve had in such a long time.  I was surrounded by love and I felt it.  We had a wonderful time celebrating all week – eating out and just having fun.  I felt so lucky to have so much love coming from all directions.  It was such a blessing for sure.  I didn’t count calories.  I didn’t wear my Apple i-Watch and monitor my walking.  I laughed and celebrated LIFE.  Here’s to another great year to accomplish goals now – cheers!”

    Happy Birfday and many happy oinky returns.

    Your walking goals made me get out the calculator and tally my hiking miles for the year: 159. I was out all of April with injuries but I’m back now, racing up the hills at a breakneck snail’s pace. My minimum is 10 miles a week but I only like cool weather so I’ve been rising super early to get out there before the sun rises and I burst into flames.

    It better be an early winter.

      That is totally awesome!! Step by step is what I try to do. I had a major surgery last November and it has totally knocked me on my butt. But I’m taking it day by day with positive thoughts. You’re doing wonderful – keep up the great work. We so go this together ❤

    you were free for one day… that is pawsome!!! after one day with freedom it is easier to go back to da daily stuff I bet ;O)

      It is. AND it wasn’t that difficult getting back on task like I thought it was. Everything is a mind game. I guess with age comes wisdom huh? LOL
