Week of 07/08-07/14/2018 – Week 27
“Dear Journal – Time. I’ve talked about it before. We need to breathe and live in the moment. Weight didn’t come on overnight and weight won’t go off overnight. When you can accept that and be happy with you, I think you’ve come a long way. I’m there now. I’m happy. With me today and tomorrow. I work towards a goal but it doesn’t define me. I define me. That’s something we all need to grasp. It’s an amazing place to be. So for today Diary, be in the present!”
