It’s hard to believe that it’s been 12 years but we will never forget.
No one will ever be the same after this date.
Life changed. Families changed. Times changed.
Let us not just think of the United States on this date. Of the 2,977 victims that lost their lives on this sad day, 373 of them were foreign nationals that worked at the World Trade Center in different offices.
This date touched the world. The day might have darkened 09/11 but not destroyed us. We as in the world came out stronger. We as in the world came out more united. We as in the world came out.
In memory of all of the victims that lost their lives on this sad day, you will never be forgotten. You live on in our lives and always will.
Stay strong my friends. Stay united!

Your post was very powerful. We were and still are very affected too in Australia. However we must not give in to fear. We will never forget either. God bless all freedom lovers. Great post.

Lovely, Bacon. My mommy’s parents were traveling in Australia that day and they were so deeply touched by the kindness shown to them. Kindness is a powerful thing.

Wonderful post Bacon….a day that showed the worst and best of humankind..will never forget..watching the horror and wondering where our world was going to take us…it took us to a strength of character and a sense of world wide community that we had lost long ago. R.I.P. to all the lost ones thoughts with those left behind and love to those who find themselves still unable to see the folly of hatred. Felt here deeply in Australia. xxxxxFozziemum

Yes Bacon they will never be forgotten..truly astounded at the way we are closer than ever with the world shrinking with technology and yet so far apart still…I fear even my great grandchildren will never know a world in peace..but we make our world brighter and more loving by surrounding ourselves with friends from all over such as yourself…hugs Fozziemum xxx
