Barks and squeals was what was happening this week here at the Hotel Thompson. In fact, we were *all* so excited. We received a package from the other side of the world – barks! It came from our friend Fozzie and the gang – Dinnermintz, Pickles, Forrest and Doc. Of course, daddy made us all wait until mom got home from the worky place to open the huge box.
But when we did – I think mommy squealed almost louder than any of us. Look at that beautiful picture in the upper right hand corner and the stunning post cards – oh my puppy heavens – mommy actually jumped for joy and danced around the kitchen. Aren’t humans weird?
Then all of us anipals got things from the package and we took off to explore with them – Bacon got some delicious apple chips (daddy says they were good – he ate one you know for product control review). I got a delicious chew stick – barks! It was delicious!! The purr things got some treats. And daddy got a cookie from that awesome Yorkie tin – beautiful!! Then afterwards, we all played with squeaky pig – not Bacon my silly friends – the pink piggy in the picture.
Fozzie you did way too much! We thank you so very much and now mommy can work on the project she has planned for those beautiful post cards 🙂
Oh and I told you we played with the pink pig – here’s proof that we LOVE it.

Welcome my friends to another week of Paw Time with Houdini. A lot has happened this week here at the Hotel Thompson. Mom has been talking about getting me a big boy bed for the living room. You know something I can sleep on when she’s not holding me. I have my lobster bed for my bedroom but I needed something special for the living room.
Well mom dad went shopping and found me something wonderful. She didn’t think it was big enough but it might just be. Do you see the size of it? Mom got dad to hold it up to show the size. Now some peeps think that mom needs help with math because I’m six pounds and that’s a huge bed – it doesn’t equate. Mom said they are wrong and she has it all solved mathematically. She says that I may be six pounds but I think and act like 600 pounds – which I am. So mom says that she was helping to bolster my confidence by getting me the bed the size that I think I am. So there you go. Math problem solved huh? Barks!
And mom and dad have taught me to share. This bed can hold all of us Anipals here. It’s a great fun place to hang out in the living room with mom and dad while watching television together.
