Oh friends – what a week! Have you ever been so stressed that your body aches and shakes? Raising my hand. That’s me in a nutshell. I did lose 2 pounds last week. Part of that was because of stress and not eating like I should. I need you my friends. If you can say a little prayer for me and send me some good vibes that things work out on a certain situation, I would really appreciate it.
And let me add something for all of us to think about and remember. Life is hard. It has twists and tribulations of all sorts. We should always remember to be nice to one another. You never know what another person is walking in their life at this moment. Sometimes all they need is a smile.
