Where in the World is Bashful

Right before mom had surgery, Bashful left the Hotel Thompson again for parts unknown in the world.  Where did he go?  Well he said this time that he wanted to go somewhere special and he picked the place.  Our friend Sharon recently loss her husband Bill.  I had mom reach out to Sharon to see if she needed some company because Bashful wanted to come see her to comfort her during this time.  Sharon said YES.  So we boxed up Bashful and sent him to Florida for a visit with some cute kitties Raz and Allie and their mom Sharon.  You may know them as friendsfurevercatblog.

Bashful arrived shortly after mom’s surgery on 11/12/2017.

On 11/21/2017, it seemed Bashful was busy feeding his mouth.  Geez, I hope he doesn’t gain weight.

And don’t worry, On 12/13/2017, Bashful seems to be having a great time helping to decorate for Christmas.  And Sharon says he is on his best behavior… which is hard to believe.

The Question: If I am a tree, will I become a book or furniture?

My Answer: I think I would become furniture… most particularly a bed. A bed is where people spend most of their time when home, all snuggled up, comfortable in dream land. I would be a bed that brings you nothing but sunshine dreams with wonderful memories.

Supermoon Pictures – WOW!

 WOW – The Supermoon was the weekend!

I had very high hopes that I would be able to stay up and watch everything.  You know to see how that marvelous moon looked and be able to oohh and aaww.  Well unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way.  I fell asleep in mommy’s lap and didn’t wake up until the next morning.  This is highly unusual for me.  I didn’t even wake up when mom tucked me into bed that night!   

 

 My friend Deborah Boza-Valledor at http://mymiamiminute.wordpress.com/ said that “The SuperMoon has that effect…it has super powers to lull you to sleep or run around like a crazy!”  I totally believe her!

 

 

 My friend Easy at http://easyweimaraner.wordpress.com/ had a deal that we were going to stay up and (1) find out if the moon was made from cheese and (2) if the cow actually does jump over the moon.  Well, we didn’t find out and we had a strong belief that Werewolves were going to come out. 

 

 

 In fact, if you check out Easy’s blog on Sunday at http://easyweimaraner.wordpress.com/2013/06/23/3610/ you will see for a short minute we really believed in werewolves – snorts.  

  

 

I really, REALLy wanted to see the Supermoon.  It’s amazing when you think about looking up at the sky and everyone seeing the same moon – maybe not at the same time but it shows you how small the world is.  My friend Sharon at http://gentlestitches.com/ said the same thing.  The world is so small!

I’m so pigstatic! My friend Melody at http://donkeywhispererfarm2010.wordpress.com gave me an award. Have I told you lately how much this little piggy loves awards? My tail is wagging so fast from being happy that I may take flight.  I’m especially ecstatic because I haven’t received this one yet – happy piggy dance!  Happy piggy dance! 

 

You must go and check out Melody’s blog.  Do you know that she has donkeys?  Not just any donkeys but a mammoth donkey and a mini donkey.  They are so cool!  And, it looks like she has so much fun with them.  She is a “donkey whisperer” like mommy is a “oinker whisperer”.  Be sure to give her a visit and tell her that Bacon sent you 🙂

WOW!  Sharon is super awesome.  She does what is called aussiegurumi.  That’s a big word for this little piggy so I’m going to tell you in my language what she does.  She does awestruck magic!  This past weekend she posted a 1/2 inch high picnic basket full of apples and a banana that she crocheted!  And she even included an ant because you know what picnic is without ants, right?  She is totally amazing.  And, rumor is she might be working on something to resemble this little rotten pig… just a rumor 🙂  Love you Sharon!
