Welcome my friends to my Bacon’s Show and Tell. Today we are discussing embarrassing moments from childhood. Trust me. I have a good one to share today. I thought long and hard and have to tell you about my daddy. Snorts – yep poor dad. Are you ready for this? Here we go.
When dad was a small boy – I’m going to say around 6-7 years young, his mom took him shopping with her at a local store. This store had big tall windows all across the front of the store. Daddy and his mom was in the store shopping for a long time and finally got to the front registers overlooking the windows. Daddy told his mom that he needed to go to the bathroom and he was jumping all around – you know like some little boys do. So his mom told him to go out front and wait for her there. You know back in the day when you could actually do that with no worries that someone might take your child.
So there daddy was in front of the store and his mom was waiting patiently in line to buy her items. That’s when it happened. What do you ask. Well there were snickers, then rolls of laughter and then came the pointing outside the front window. You see, there was the cute little boy that was standing outside peeing. Not just peeing straight into a puddle. Oh no, that wouldn’t be my daddy. My daddy was outside peeing on the front windows and making designs with his pee. Shaking my piggy head. Yep, his mother was so proud.
His mom quickly paid for her purchases, stomped outside and without missing a beat picked daddy up under her arms and continued to the car. All the time…. daddy was continuing to pee freely in the air. Well, he did tell her that he needed to go to the bathroom, right?
I can’t breathe. Me, mom and dad were laughing so hard we were crying – have you ever done that my friends? It was so hilarious. There we were sitting in the front room talking and mom asked daddy this question. She said, “Name three song titles that make up a story.” Then it was on – mom/dad kept going back and forth making up hilarious stories. I’m going to share some with you.

See how it works? Now it’s your turn. What can you come up with to keep the laugh going?
This is one of my mom’s all time favorite commercials. Here we are getting into the Christmas spirit. Will it come out this year to play? Will the bells ring? Snorts – don’t you just love this?
AND UPDATE – we *thought* this was mom’s favorite commercial until we saw the newest edition. Oh my pig! I thought we were going to have to peel mom off of the ceiling. She was jumping and laughing so hard asking daddy why HE didn’t try out for this years taping. Oh my friends – help me – snorts
They have these adorably cute little buggies at the market now that mom/dad go to on the weekends. Just look at that buggy! So small and cute – just like mommy likes her play things – snorts.
When daddy saw the buggy, he almost popped his back out he was laughing so hard at it. Mom just stood there and gave him the ‘stink eye’. You know that look, right?
She let him finish looking like a fool in the parking lot and then asked him what was so hilarious. He didn’t even reply back to her. He took the cute adorably buggy and put it next to her Smart car.
.
Oh dad. Shaking my piggy head. Will you *ever* learn.
First off, never ever talk bad about Albert – mom’s Smart car. You know how precious that thing is to mommy.
Second off, if you are going to laugh, do you really think it’s smart to do it in front of mom? Have you not learned anything in all of these years?
At least *I* had the decency to go in my bedroom before I fell on the floor rolling around with laughter. Snorts.
