This month we are sharing embarrassing stories from Thanksgiving or other family dinners.  I’m sure that we have a lot of material to pick from with the Thanksgiving holiday just taking place.

I’m letting mom take this one from a story from way back in the day – take it away mom!

Many, many years ago we attended a family Thanksgiving get together.  There was snack food, drinks and then the main meal to be served several hours later when everyone arrived.   Me and the hub unit arrived and socialized with family members we had not seen in years.  This was way back in the day during the times that the hub actually had vision.  We got separated at one time and met up at the snack table.  With drink in hand, I was headed to this fabulous looking shrimp platter.  That’s when the hub unit grabbed my hand and guided me away to a quiet corner.  Now I’m thinking, “That’s what I’m talking about, let’s get a little kissy-kissy.”  Boy, was I wrong.

He went in for what I thought was a kiss but instead of a peck, he whispered in my ear.  Might I say there was not enough adult beverage that night to help me from practically rolling around on the floor laughing.  He told me that one of the children (and yes he named names) had been camping out at the shrimp platter.  This child was told not to touch anything.. so he didn’t of course with his hands.  He proceeded to lick all of the shrimp on one side of the platter.  No wonder the platter was still full.  About the same time that Jim told me this, the host saw what was happening.  But the child was right.  He didn’t ‘touch’ the shrimp – laughs.  And Jim did tell the host – all of this happened within minutes but seemed to have been frozen in time.

 

Bacon’s Show and Tell

Welcome my friends to my Bacon’s Show and Tell.  Today we are discussing embarrassing moments from childhood.  Trust me.  I have a good one to share today.  I thought long and hard and have to tell you about my daddy.  Snorts – yep poor dad. Are you ready for this?  Here we go.

When dad was a small boy – I’m going to say around 6-7 years young, his mom took him shopping with her at a local store.  This store had big tall windows all across the front of the store.  Daddy and his mom was in the store shopping for a long time and finally got to the front registers overlooking the windows.  Daddy told his mom that he needed to go to the bathroom and he was jumping all around – you know like some little boys do.  So his mom told him to go out front and wait for her there.  You know back in the day when you could actually do that with no worries that someone might take your child.

So there daddy was in front of the store and his mom was waiting patiently in line to buy her items.  That’s when it happened.  What do you ask.  Well there were snickers, then rolls of laughter and then came the pointing outside the front window.  You see, there was the cute little boy that was standing outside peeing.  Not just peeing straight into a puddle.  Oh no, that wouldn’t be my daddy.  My daddy was outside peeing on the front windows and making designs with his pee.  Shaking my piggy head.  Yep, his mother was so proud.

His mom quickly paid for her purchases, stomped outside and without missing a beat picked daddy up under her arms and continued to the car.  All the time…. daddy was continuing to pee freely in the air.  Well, he did tell her that he needed to go to the bathroom, right?

Thank you so very much my friends for making Bacon’s Show and Tell a great place to be every month.

This month for Bacon’s Show and Tell we are going to highlight what else but something embarrassing on your humans – snorts with piggy laughter!  Has your humans ever did something so embarrassing to each other that to this day it still stands out?  A joke?  Something that was suppose to be serious but turned out hysterical instead?

This month – I’m giving it to my mom for her tale – hope you enjoy it my friends – snorts with evil laughter.

This happened many, many years ago when I was still single and I was living in my first apartment.  After years of throwing rent out of the window, I decided that it was time to invest in buying my first house.  Jim of course said he would help me with the packing – so nice of him.  He came over after work one day and as I boxed items up, I would tell him what was in them so he could tape the box and write on the outside the items enclosed – you know the typical moving fashion.  He would then stack all of the boxes in my living room awaiting to be moved to their new home.  This went on all day long and we finally got everything boxed up – I was so happy!

The day of the move came and one of my girlfriends husbands owned his own company.  He got his staff to come over and move me down the road to my new house.  As they were moving the boxes, I heard snickers and laughs but I didn’t think of it.  As we got to the new house and was unloaded the boxes, I had them place them all in one of my spare bedrooms so I could unpack them at a later time.  Again, here was the snickers and laughter.

Finally my girlfriends husband took me to the side and he was laughing.  He asked me if I had packed the boxes.  I said that I did and that my boyfriend at the time taped them and wrote was in them.  That’s when my girlfriends husband bent over laughing so hard that he farted.  Yep he farted.  What in the world?!  He finally got himself together and said come here.

He took me to the spare bedroom where his workers were standing around laughing and pointing at my boxes.  My ever so helpful boyfriend instead of writing kitchen items, bedroom, bathroom, clothes or dining room had written such things as porn, soft porn, whips, leather, dildo’s, sex toys, lingerie, etc.

Bacon’s Show and Tell

Hello Friends – Wasn’t last month Bacon’s Show and Tell full of fun and misadventure – snorts with piggy laughter.  I think it was a snort of a great time – especially seeing my daddy taking a potty break.  I mean heck, he’s caught me in film in plenty of embarrassing moments.

I think that since last month was a hoot with all of you too, let’s do a repeat.  Find another embarrassing picture or story of your humans and share with us on

This month the story is about mom and dad.  Hold on my friends – it’s hilarious.

You see mom and dad dated for a long time before they got married.  We all know that.  But this story happens when mom had been together say about five years.  Daddy’s mom/dad took mom/dad out to lunch one weekend.  So there they were at a local Bennigan’s.  They had finished dinner and was fixing to order a dessert.

Bennigan’s at the time had this dessert called Death by Chocolate.  Something so delicious looking – full of frozen ice cream and chocolate and whip cream.  Now as kids would do when they are dating, mom/dad were making goo-goo eyes at each other and flirting.  That’s all they did during their courtship days – rolls piggy eyes.  Out of the blue, dad says to mom, “That whip cream sure would look good on your nipples.”

What in the h-e-hockey sticks did he just say in front of God and everyone?!  I’m telling you my friends.  A mouse could have farted from the kitchen and you would have heard it from the silence that overcame at the table.  Bless mom’s heart because she wanted to be beamed up by Scotty right there.  Dad turned fifty shades of red when he realized that he said that out loud.  And poor dad’s mom/dad – they had to whip their tongues back into their mouths over their son’s sudden lack of judgment.

Of course, there was some explaining to do and years later we can all laugh about it now… somewhat.
