Happy Easter

The big egg hunt is today!

I’m so excited – squeals with piggy excitement.  I’ve waited all year for this big egg hunt – Easter.  Our neighborhood has the biggest hunter every year.  All of the neighbors meet up in the church pasture for the neighborhood egg hunt.  Everyone is invited – kids, adults and anipals.  Every family brings 12 eggs filled with everything imaginable.   There are three categories – children, human and anipals.  The church yard is roped off with the categories and once the hunt begins – it’s on like Donkey Kong!

You have never seen so much fun looking for eggs in a huge field.  Everyone is running here/there all over, laughing, snorting, falling down and playing.  It’s definitely the highlight of the year.  And mom fixed her eggs for the adult category.  She also fixed a few for the anipals – everyone always brings extra eggs hidden with all kinds of goodies.

By the time the egg hunt was done, I don’t think there was that many sober adults.  Lots of those adults even tried to ride me.  What do I look like a show pony?  I was snorting at everyone.  That is until I found the ‘special’ egg.  What was the ‘special egg’?

  

This egg had money!  I found it in the adult field and took off running with it in my mouth.  I think I’m now on the most wanted list in the neighborhood.  Can someone hide me for a bit?

Mommy Got Some Piercings

  Can you believe this?  Mommy got these piercings today.  She says that it reminds her of her childhood and that she *had* to get them. Rolls piggy eyes.

Dad said all that she needed was some more holes in her head.

Do you recognize the characters?  Pac-Man.  Dad said that mommy played that game during her teens like there was no tomorrow. Heck, she still plays this game today.

Strange that adults do that.

April Fool’s Day?

Happy April Fool’s Day my friends.  What?  That’s not how it’s suppose to go?  Oh, I get it.  I’m suppose to “fool” you into something that you are not aware of.  Oh I see – that’s how it works.  Well, since I’ve already blown that part let me go in another direction.  That would be fun, right?  Nods piggy head – sure it will be.

I will tell you three things.  ONE of them is true.  YOU guess which one.  How’s that for an April Fool’s Day?  These may be tough so work it out my friends.

Statement 1 –

Since mommy loves the Mickey Mouse so much, dad thought he would meet her half way.  He loves the rock group KISS.

So, daddy compromised and got this rocking Mickey Mouse/KISS tattoo this past weekend.  Cool huh?

It looks tough.  It looks cool.  Mommy loves it.  Daddy loves it.  It’s a win-win situation.  Don’t you think it’s groovy?

Statement 2 –

Oh dear piggy heavens help me – please help me!  Mom and dad are doing a complete renovation here at the Hotel Thompson.  Work started today and should be completed by Friday, April 17, 2015.

We are talking gut work – front room, kitchen and hallway.  Out with all of the old – furniture, carpet and yucky linoleum in the kitchen.  Painted walls, new floors and new furniture – perhaps some other really cool stuff.

All by Friday, April 17, 2015.  Can I come live with you?

Our next door neighbor is getting a piggy – squeals – I’m going to have a girlfriend for real!  They’ve talked about it for a while now.

I’m so excited.  I can’t wait for you any longer Miss Piggy. 😦

I’m Sorry

There’s no other way to put this.

They say that admission is the first step.  I’m here to tell you the truth first hand before it gets out.  Nylablue please forgive me for I have strayed.  A momentary lapse in judgment was all that it took.

One night when mom and dad went out on their date, I made a few phone calls myself.  I invited a certain lady over and well things got a little too far.  Before I knew it, we were in mom and dad’s room on their Select Comfort bed and Barry White’s It’s Ecstasy When You Lay Down Next Me was playing in the background on the stereo system.

I was hand feeding my lady strawberries and whip cream and she was doing the same for me.  It was really great.  And then things got heavy.

I know I shouldn’t have.  It wasn’t right.  I’m not that kind of pig.  But I guess dad was right in saying that one day I would grow up and step away from mom to be a man pig.  Well I did.  I guess in 114 days, we will have some little Bacon Juniors and Bacon Juniorettes running around the Hotel Thompson.

I’m sorry if you think worse of me.  It is Spring and that time in a little pigs life.

I’m Moving to Hollywood!

Maxwell’s agent called me and gave me the great news this morning. I’m so excited. Mom and dad are excited as well. We are all packing and preparing for the move cross country. YAY!!

I’m going to be in Hollywood! You’re going to see my name in lights. I’m going to be a STAR like I was meant to be.

So I guess, this will be my last post. 😦

Just joking! You can’t get rid of me that fast! There is no way I could leave my friends here. Ya’ll mean the world to me. You let my inner pig come out and play. I love you all each and every one for listening to me and my rambling thoughts! Happy April Fools Day my friends!
