Week of 06/03-06/09/2018 – Week 22
“Dear Journal – Baby steps. Do you ever notice that when you gain weight, you don’t realize how quickly it takes. But when you try to lose weight, it seems like forever? LOL – But we win in the end. You just have to take baby steps. It’s not easy. In fact, it’s a challenge. But knowing you have a problem and jumping on it full force is the answer. Two weeks gone so far and I’m down 7 pounds. I admit it. I’ve had a soda here/there. I know I shouldn’t. But I’m trying. That’s the main answer – trying. Because you know in the end, it doesn’t matter how many times you fail at something. It’s how many times you get back up and try again <3”
