Journal to Healthier Living – Week 18

Welcome my friends.  I’m tweaking my weekly journey with my healthier living.  It’s a step in the right direction for sure.  I hope you come along for the ride.  Instead of day-to-day comments, I’m going to post something from my personal journal to share.  Hope you enjoy.  Remember all of us go down this path and we are all in it together ❤

Week of 05/06-05/12/2018 – Week 18

“Dear Journal – Life is better with a plan.  I think I finally found a plan that I can work with and do every day.  I’m a planner like that.  So what is the plan you ask?  I’m glad you asked Journal.  So for part of my lunch during the week, I’m doing 15 minutes of light stretches/yoga.  This has been giving me a solid rock during the week.  I don’t feel as pressured or stressed when I get home.  Another 15 minutes I do a solid walk.  And then I’m watching what I’m eating.  And the big one – no soda’s.  I did it once for almost six months.  I can do this again – no soda’s.  And more water… water is your friend.  Be one with your friend.”

This week walked: 6.26

TOTAL 2017 Miles:  541.06

    Good on you !!! The no soda thing and more water is terrific. We gave up soda also !! Saves $ . I like to put cucumberin the water jug in the refrigerator.Tastes like summer to me. Keep me posted on your journey. Proud for you ! Sue Ellen ~~

      aaww thanks sweet friend. It’s definitely a challenge at times but I can do this. We can all do this together ❤

    a plan is very good!!!… guess what? it’s the hardest thing for me to say no to soda….but I noticed that I’ll get hunger attacks from soda… specially from this zero calories stuff… why oh why water can not taste like charlies or ginger ale?
