Week of 02/18-02/24/2018 – Week 7
“Dear Journal – It seems like food choices are beginning to become easier in decision making. That’s a great and awesome thing. If you would have told me this time last year I would be choosing water over a soda, I would have laughed at you. I was so addicted to fully leaded soda! It’s such a relief to break myself of that addiction. I don’t have to worry about diet soda… I would much rather drink water anytime. And I think water is so much better for my skin as well. This was definitely a good week of eating. I need to pick up the exercise a bit more. I’ve been doing a combination of walking and exercise. There are seven exercises that I’m trying to incorporate into my routine everyday. It’s working for me and that is what matters. I think I’m going to rope the hub unit in doing those seven exercises with me every evening. It may make things go faster and it would certainly help to boost both of us for sure.”

Keep up the good work. I, also have been trying to make healthier choices, and I’m walking more. So far, I’ve lost 20 pounds. I still have cravings – sugar is one of them. Take care, and good luck.

Good on you! If you’re going to drink soda, you might as well drink rat poison. ☠️ And diet sodas are even worse!

Nods had. That is so true! They don’t even taste good anymore so why even drink them!

I only like the fizzy part and if I’m going to go for empty calories, I’d prefer something with alcohol in it. 😅

Once you get use to drinking water it is hard to not drink it! It is a great change.

Not in this order: Crunches, Wall Sit, Push Ups, Squats, High Knee Running in Place, Plank and Lunges – not in that order.

You are so right! I’m drinking more water than anything these days. Of course, there is the occasional glass of wine every so often… but that’s made of water, right? LOL

it’s water too… or it was water once before jesus made it to wine… so wine or water= no difference.. it even starts with the same letter… for a reason ;O))))
