See, mom/dad can eat somewhat nutritional at times… somewhat. Give me hoof on this one. This is one of dad’s favorite breakfasts that he likes to order at a local restaurant. Chicken fried chicken with white gravy on top, hashbrown casserole and fried eggs. See, somewhat good for you give or take. We are in the south so there has to be something fried on it besides the eggs. The chicken is usually very tender and the gravy on top adds another dimension. Have you ever had chicken fried chicken or hashbrown casserole? Mom loves hashbrown casserole when it’s a little bit more crispier – think the outer edges. Yummy!

Yes, I hear you, not a breakfast in my world, too – but each to his own! It’s a matter of taste. My taste seems to differ a bit from Jim’s. Not a moral judgement, just a question of preferences.

Most definitely. Here in the south, this is typical. It goes back to the days that peeps ate a hearty breakfast so they could work in the fields all day. Some of them still do. XOXO – Bacon

Here in the south in the States this is a typical breakfast. Hashbrown casserole has shredded potatoes, cheese, and eggs for a binder. Then it’s baked in the over until cooked together. Totally awesome. XOXO – Bacon

Snorts and rolls with piggy laughter. Usually chicken fried chicken is a skinless boneless piece of chicken breast that is even sometimes pounded out to make it flatter and then fried. So yummy. You gotta come south to try some 🙂 XOXO – Bacon
