Barks my friends! I’ve been on patrol here at the Hotel Thompson trying to take care of mom. I haven’t left her side very much. She can’t pick me up but I sneak up to her side every once in a while and give her sloppy puppy kisses. I know she is hurting. Dogs have this sense, you know. She doesn’t move much these days and when she does, she groans. I’m hoping she starts to feel better soon. Daddy said she had something called surgery. All I know is that she came home Wednesday smelling all funny – clinical funny. Hemi tried to explain it to me but I wasn’t listening. I was too busy trying to sniff mom out and make sure she’s okay. She’s been traveling slowly back and forth from the bedroom to the living room. We will all keep you posted my friends. Thanks so much for all of the prayers, emails and calls. We’ve really appreciated them ❤ Now I leave you with Jokes with Dad. I think we all need to laugh right about now 🙂

hahaha your daddy is da best!!! … we send lots of good thoughts and healing power to your mama… I’m glad you are on her side to cover the pains and to comfort her… we dogs have such a sense, I agree… even when my angel bro Easy unwrapped the mama to solve that problem immediately ;o)

Barks! Most definitely. We have been all careful around the mom these days. She is now starting to get up and move more. And the grunting has almost stopped. – Houdini

This surgery iss like when wee gotted neutered…..onlee yur Mumma had sumfing else dun to her, so shee will bee berry sore an inn pain fur a few weekss, Bee berry gentull an no jumpin on her OK.
