April 7th – This is an awesome wonderful day that dad can actually wrap his human paws around – oh yes – happy dance for the old man – No Housework Day. Can you feel the excitement?
Today is your chance to do anything you want – play Angry Birds…play Bejeweled Blitz…sleep – anything but housework. Housework can be so tedious happening everyday on some things. Take today off. Just this one day and let it go until tomorrow.
Hey, if anyone questions you why the dishes didn’t get done or the towels didn’t get washed, tell them it’s a holiday for NO HOUSEWORK and that Journalist Rocky the Squirrel said no not today.
Barks my friends!! Hope your week is going well. It’s been a great week here at the Hotel Thompson. Especially since I set that Bacon right on my Pippy. The nerve of him to trick all of you last weekend for April Fool’s Day. I mean heck, if he wants to talk babies he needs to speak of himself or that traveling pet rock Bashful. There’s no telling how many hearts that stone has broken all over the world. But I do know Pippy the poodle and we did meet at the spa. Her mom usually drops her off on the same date as I go. It’s always great seeing her. She’s so beautiful.
