It was almost like looking in mirror. I’m sure my little tyke got all of his home sickness out right there my dear friend. And don’t forget that one tiny little mishap… never fear. He was just out looking for Peyton Manning his hero… besides me of course. Snorts with piggy laughter. XOXO – Bacon
This week I’ve been entertaining our friend, Bashful. Sam here. Other than that one teeny, tiny little mishap where we almost lost him at last weekend’s pet awards, we’ve had a pretty good time I think. He went with us to the hospital this week and hung out with various volunteers, staff and patients. But I think he’s been a little homesick the past few days. Bacon‘s mom sent some cool toys along with the little guy so I tried to make him feel like he was back home. How’d I do? I mean, Bacon and I could practically be twins, right?

We have seen him in a restaurant when he was playing and we were there to watch the game Sunday. The team ate breakfast at our motel. Probably about 1988!

It was the whole team. They just happened to have their game day breakfast at the hotel we stayed at and that’s where we had breakfast. Kids were about 9 & 13! They had the cards of most of the players and got their autographs including Elway, Sharp & others. They did eat in a private roam but they had to leave. . .
