Thanks to everyone for another great edition of Shopping Around the World last month. It’s so awesome to see the various prices around the world – and the pictures with recipes!
Since it is summer in most places and do I dare say hot, let’s concentrate on those easy meals. When one says they made a salad for dinner, we are always amazed at what they put into their salads. So this month – ‘salads’ is the key ingredient. Keep in mind that salads can be tossed, Cesar, macaroni, turkey, chicken – the list is endless. Share with us what is your favorite salad is along with the prices and pictures can.

Let’s see if I will participate – I have 3 weeks off from work, I should be able to cook – and I have a salad in mind, a nice layered one with different colours – not saying more, to keep some surprise. For people on a diet it might contain too much carbohydrates (can you count carbohydrates? Or is much right?). But since you’d be happy with a macaroni salad, I think I will be fine with my contribution (which does NOT contain macaroni). *smiles smugly*

I will. Stayed extra long today to get some work done (that is what most people I know do) and now I have every intention to forget my passwords or the directino to my office 😉
