Read Me A Story – Mark Your Calendars

Greetings blogville friends!!  Me and Auntie Sharon from Gentlestitches are co-hosting a Read Me A Story day scheduled for Monday, June 13, 2016.

We are asking for all of our friends to participate on this date by video taping themselves reading a story to peeps/anipals here on the blogs.  Doesn’t that sound like so much fun?  It can be a short story, the first chapter, something everyone knows or something new.  And the video doesn’t have to be long, 3-5 minutes would be awesome.  You know long enough for all of us anipals here in blogville to get involved in your reading.  And don’t worry about video taping – it can be of the book, it can be of you reading it or it can be of your anipals while you are reading.  Be creative and have fun with Read Me A Story my friends.

UPDATE:  If you don’t have the capabilities of video taping your story, don’t fret.  You can write it out – draw pictures – use post it notes – be creative and don’t miss out on this great day.  The most important thing is to have fun with it. 

 

We Got Mail!?

What?!  The postman came to our crib here at the Hotel Thompson.  We are *ALL* excited and jumping for joy.  The adventures will be out of this world!

Even the post man was excited.  The package was bigger than a shoe box – big enough that he couldn’t leave it in the mailbox – he had to actually bring it to the door.

What was it?  Oh do tell huh?  Well…. this pigs mouth is shut.  Why do I do this?  Evil snorts – because you’ll have to come back to my blog tomorrow to find out what it was. Maybe I’ll post a picture of it and everyone will be surprised and shocked as to what it is…. maybe 🙂
