This month for Bacon’s Show and Tell we are going to highlight what else but something embarrassing on your humans – snorts with piggy laughter!  Has your humans ever did something so embarrassing to each other that to this day it still stands out?  A joke?  Something that was suppose to be serious but turned out hysterical instead?

April 14th is Look Up at the Sky Day.  Bet you didn’t know this was a holiday did you?  Today, take a few minutes to go outside and check it out.  Sit on the ground, lay on the ground – have a picnic, or sit at a table.  While you’re there, check out the sky.  Just look up and see what you can find.  Are there clouds?  If so, what shapes can you make out of them?  Are there planes or birds?  And don’t just keep this activity to day time hours, check the sky out at night.  Do you see the moon?  Is it full or covered?  Do you see the stars?

Have a fun time at it and why not invite your humans to do the same.  Take a little time to sit, breathe and look at the wonder of the world.

What were your first thoughts when you met your new parents?  When mee ferst laid eyess on LadyMum, mee NEW shee wa goin to bee mee new Mum. Shee had no clue. Shee was sad beecause Nylablue had gone to Pure Land onlee a week earlier. Shee was not even finkin of adoptin so soon. An then shee saw mee climbin up thee X-pen rite to her over an over an shee kept pickin mee up an snugglin mee an callin mee Dharth Siddhartha…..mee NEW mee had her!!!!!!!   

What was the defining moment when you knew you were in your forever home?  Mee came to LadyMum’s Dec. 9th, 2014 an went to bee newtered thee berry next day! Once mee came back Dec. 10th mee NEW mee was stayin with LadyMum an mee was berry happy! 

What has been your biggest “Oh no, now I’ve done it” moment so far in your home?  Mee has ALOT of them momintss!!! When mee knockss ladyMum’ss fingss of her Purrayer Altar or when mee triess to play with Eesha Chinmaya thee Ellyfant made out of wood. Or when mee dartss out thee patio door without purrmission!  

 Who do you have wrapped around your paws more – mom or dad – and why?  As mee onlee has a Mumma here it iss her ALL. THEE. WAY…mew mew mew…an it was like that back on the farm with Mumma Mary-Ellen an Pappaw Frank!!!

What’s the biggest misconception that humans think about you?  Well beein a ‘so-called Black’ domestic short haired cat iss a misconception…mee iss ackshully a SEAL BROWN color an mee iss part Burmese…mee has royalle blood inn mee veinss! (Just ask mee Pappaw King George thee Royalle Burmses…) An with mee ‘ouchie’ eye peeple fink mee iss blind or sicklee an mee can tell you mee can see berry well outta that eye since LadyMum takess berry good care of mee eyess an mee iss healthy all so. An the other misconception peeple have iss that beecause mee was born inn a barn an lived there for 6-7 weekss mee iss bad mannered an rude. Mee iss berry well mannered fur thee most part an mee iss propurr litter trained an berry clean about meeself. Allso beein seen as a Speshell Needss Kat sum peeple thott mee should bee put to sleep when LadyMum ferst adopted mee. As youss’ can see, mee iss goin strong an goin to keep on fur a berry long time…..
