Pasta, that sounds easy enough. The recipe, the secret marinara sauce is that – a secret. With all the sauces, we use 93% lean ground beef, bacon (sorry Bacon), ground sausage (sorry Bacon) if available, and lots of herbs. We also add onions (Vidala, if available), green pepper (and/or a couple jalapeno peppers for a bite) and mushrooms. Let it simmer for at least half a day then serve with any kind of pasta. For extra fancy, also serve with a green salad (which also includes bacon bits). Talk about mmmm …
And, don’t forget about dessert … chocolate cake with ice cream.
