Snap, Crackle and POP
I’m sorry mom and dad. I couldn’t resist this. I heard you both get up from the couch this morning. There was more snapping and cracking go on that for a minute I thought daddy had some cereal on the counter.

I am only 29 and crack a lot do to arthritis which is part of my disabilities.

Birth certificate sadly. I turn 30 in November and often crack worse then old lady. Did ya not read fact I have disabilities and part of that was living whole life with arthritis.
