See I’m not that big. Nope not at all. You see, I didn’t feel too good last night. I need my mommy time. In fact, I might have – might being a strong word – pushed Houdini off of the couch. I wanted mom’s lap. I was a little under the weather. Nothing to put my hoof directly on, just not feeling well. I think it’s this weather. It doesn’t know what it wants to do. I need Spring. I need warmth. Last night, I just needed my mommy.
I crawled up on mom’s lap, stuck my snout between her and the couch and put my breaks on so I wouldn’t fall. Of course, mom wouldn’t let me fall either. I just had to have some special tender loving care time.
When it was bedtime, mom tucked me in and sat beside me rubbing my back while she told me my bedtime story. It’s days like this that make me love her even more. Is that possible? What do you do when you are not feeling well? Do you run to mom or dad or both?

Bro, I hope it’s really just the weather and there is nothing wrong with you… maybe just a pre-spring blues? I need such mom-time too sometimes… when I’m hungry or when I want to clean my nose…and you are not too big… you are a MINI pig :o)

It was always daddy when he was alive. My mother did things one shouldn’t do to child he he hurt me. But daddy was always their for me when I needed cuddle from not feeling well.

Mom always knows what to do when I am feeling funky or afraid. I just need 2 inches of space and I will wiggle up next to her (on top of her) for some TLC. Hope you’re back to yourself by now, B.

You’re right Bacon. Nothing feels better than to have mom pet me and speak softly to me. Unless a fur ball is stuck in my throat…then the best thing is a quick and efficient barf. I know it sounds gross but ask Hemi or Mouse Girl…they know what I’m talking about….hehehe

I’m thinking I might Auntie Sharon. When I was little, I didn’t like going outside. I hate to feel the grass on my hooves. I know that sounds weird but it felt funny. Mom has a little patio and the deck on the back now that I can go out and just lay there with the hot waves. That feels great. Can you send me some hot waves? XOXO – Bacon

Good newss Unccle Bacon! Thee reepairman wass berry poe-lite an nice to LadyMum an to mee. Hee xplained fingss to LadyMum an showed her thee burned out partss an thee new part hee had to put inn. Thee fridge iss werkin well now. The milk an yoogurt went icky so LadyMum had to get more thiss mornin. So wee onlee lost that an thee lettuce.
Tomorrow iss thee last crazy day with fire alarm testin all day so wee are goin to Aunty Sheila’ss where it iss quiet!

oh Squeals!! I’m so glad the repair guy was nice and got everything fixed. Finally! AND only the milk and and yogurt went bad – that’s great – it could had been a lot worse huh? Mommies ALWAYS know what to do to make us feel better! I would not know what to do if I didn’t have my Mommy around. When my paws are all wet & dirty, she always wipes them for me, she tucks me in every night and makes sure that I have a few of my toys next to me when I fall asleep, and when I (accidentally) rip open one of my toys, she always fixes them for me! Mommies are the B-E-S-T!

I agree my friend. Moms are the BEST. I’m feeling a bit better today. I just had a couple of days of feeling kind of yuck for a while. I think I just need some hot sun. So does my mom too.
