Today, June 4th, 2013, is National Hug Your Cat Day. Go ahead, give that cat a big, furry, loveable snuggable hug. They won’t mind – chitter chatter.
If you’re a cat lover, you know the warm feeling you get when you curl up in your favorite spot and your cat let’s you stroke them and cuddle with them. It’s relaxing for both you and the feline. Most cats are so independent that they will only allow a brief time of bonding before they saunter away. If your furry friend allows you to hold them to your hearts content, you are truly lucky.
So, remember to give your furball extra hugs today and enjoy their company. I think I overheard Bacon in the living room right now trying to give the purr things at the Hotel Thompson some extra hugs. I don’t think it’s going well for the little man – chitter chatter – HA.

It’s national hug a cat day everyday day in this household. I doubt they could handle any more than they already get 😀
