Bonding with Brother

Me and the purr thing Hemi are really starting to bond. He sat in my bed while I ate my breakfast. I foresee us getting into a lot of trouble in the future. The other purr thing, Mouse, eeww she’s a girl and she has cooties still at this point. After my lunch time nap, me and Hemi chased each other up and down the hall playing tag. Mommy says when I run I bark like a little dog. Snort – I guess I kind of do.

Chuckles I did get even with the purr things today. Every day they sneak into my room and drink my water. They think I don’t know but I do. Well today I snuck in the kitchen and ate their Iams. Hee hee see if they like those apples.

My Brother My Friend

My mommy is the bestest pig whisperer. She is good about learning my different wants, needs and what my different sounds mean. It was getting near my bedtime and I was getting restless. I kept going back and forth from the living room to the kitchen. One time, I even stared right at mommy. She knew I was tired and ready to turn in. She fixed my bedtime snack and the purr thing Hemi watched me eat. He wasn’t much into apples or raisins but he did drink my water 🙂
After I was finished, we ganged up on mom – snort. He got snuggle time with her and I did too. It’s something about the way she holds me that I feel so secure in her arms. She rocked me to sleep and I went down quick. Heck, I was so tired mommy carried me to my room. When I was in bed, the purr things kept coming to my room and waking me up. They wanted to play but I was too tired. I kept pig barking at them and finally mom came in my room and escorted them out. I mean really. This pig doesn’t look this good without his beauty sleep.
I have a funny feeling that mom is up to something. I’m not sure and I can’t really wrap my tail around. She was on the computer a lot tonight which is unlike her since she’s on it all day at work. I don’t think I’m going to like whatever it is. I’ll keep you posted if I hear something.
Yawn, I’m getting sleepy again and I need to get off the computer before the glare of the computer screen wakes up mommy. Oink oink out!

 

I Grew Overnight

Mommy says I got bigger overnight. I think I did. I feel it. Everything on me seems bigger from my hooves to my ears. From my snout to my littles hams. Mommy weighed me this weekend and officially weigh a big six pounds. Soon I’ll be ruling this house…well I already do that.
Today while mommy was at work, I got to play around the house. It’s not good not watching me. I pulled up a small part of the kitchen linoleum. I was a bad piglet. But I was just trying to help mom. I heard her saying she wanted a new kitchen floor. Mom wasn’t mad. She had a little prayer meeting with me and I know not to do that again.
After my bedtime snack tonight, I jumped on the couch with mommy. She was laying down so I stretched down her side. She wrapped me in a blanket and rubbed my back until I went to sleep. The purr thing Hemi even jumped on mommy and slept on her legs. At one time, I think we were all snoring.
When it was time to go to bed, mommy walked me to my bedroom. I went potty on my wizzy pad. Mommy hugged and kissed me and put me down for the night. She’s a good mommy. Well yawn gotta go. It’s been a long day for me. Oink oink out.

 

Pig Oinkage

I’ve been PMIA (Pig Missing in Action) lately and I apologize.  My deepest humble snorts.  I had family in from Louisiana and got to meet some cousins, they have two legs but they were cool.  A snort out to them – Savannah and Maverick.  I also got to meet my aunt Tina.  They played with me a lot, petted me and loved on me.

With having met them, I started thinking about my oinkage and started looking at my pig tree.  So I thought I would share some pictures with you.  Below on the left is my mom.  Don’t you just love her little dress?  And the picture to the right is my dad.  Kind of tells you where I got my white marks doesn’t it?

And these are my brothers and sister.  Of course, my sister is pink and my brothers are black.  See, I even had a brother that looks similar to me except he has a bigger skunk mark and a white belly – I’m the attractive one – snort snort.

SSQQUUEEAALL – I almost forgot.  I did get a new cousin.  My Aunt Tina and Uncle Wayne got a basset hound.  His name is Sherlock Bones and he’s 4 days older than me.  Cool huh?  Maybe one day I can play with him.  Maybe I can show him the ways around a computer so he can start his own blog?  Well, yawn, it’s time for my nap so I’ll catch up with more later.

 

Cute in 3, 2, 1 and zero

Mommy is forever trying to take my picture showing my face in all it’s cuteness. I mean look at this snout. Who doesn’t want me giving them baby kisses? I am the poster child of a cute baby. Me get in trouble. If course not. All I have to do is wiggle my windshield wiper tail and give mommy kisses. I’ve got mommy wrapped right around my right hoof. My left hoof is saved for my nanna – snort.

 

Lazy Sunday Afternoons

After my afternoon nap today, mom let me out to play and explore again. I played with the purr things a little bit but they didn’t hold my interest very long. Today, I’ve just been in a really cuddly and loving mood. I went up to mom on the couch and barked at her wagging my windshield wiper tail. She picked me up holding me close and put a bankie over us. I got so toasty hot and could hear moms heartbeat that I went to sleep. My snores were marching moms snores for a long time. Both of us slept a long time. When I woke up, one of the purr things were even on top of our bankie sleeping. I woke mom up by giving her piggy kisses.

Mom got up and went into the kitchen. She said it was time to start dinner and she said I could watch. I played around on the kitchen floor while she started. She even gave me a couple of more grapes while I watched. She cut up and fried something that was smelling so freaking delicious. It was called a French fry – I’m a big fan. It was crispy, fragrant and wonderful. It was so much fun playing in the kitchen. When mom got the grown up food done, she fixed my piggy pellets and chipped carrots. She took everything to my room where I got to eat. While I ate, my mom also got to eat.

When mom got done eating, she let me back out. I ran through the house.  I tried to jump on the couch with mom again but I didn’t make it.  She picked me up and hugged me.  I crawled on the pillow right beside her and got close to her.  She covered us up with a furry bankie and I got all nice and toasty.  She kept petting me and stroking me right behind my ears.  I finally went to sleep.  I got so comfortable that my little piggy body started relaxing and I started having piggy dreams jumping in my sleep.  I was dreaming of running in a field full of piggy food – my kind of heaven.  Mommy held me the entire time she watched the big box with moving colors… I think she calls it a tv.  So I got to stay up way past my bedtime.  By the time I went to bed, I was sleeping so good.  I just yawned and kissed mommy goodnight and went right back to sleep when she put me down in my crate. 

Well everyone have a great day.  Mommy says this is a short week at her work place so hopefully I’ll get to have her home with me some more.  Oink oink out!

 

New Food

Today when mommy got home from the store she said she got me something new. After she washed them off, she gave them to me. They were small and round. When I put them in mouth and bit down, you could hear the squish and the juice squirted in my mouth. They were a little sweet and tasted so yum. Mommy called them seedless grapes. I call them sweet goodness. 🙂
I was in a real loving mood this afternoon. I wanted to be held and loved on. Mommy held me for a long time and then she let me lay down on the couch beside her. She pulled a blankie over me and I had my head on the pillow. Aaww – that’s the big deal about the couch. I like it.
I’m so sleepy right now so I think I’m going to put myself down for a quick piggy nap. Oink yawn out.

 

Bath Time is Fun Time

Squeal! That was fun. After my lunch and running around, mom put me in this big white thing and I got to stand in a giant water bowl. It was nice and warm to my tummy. I wasn’t too sure about it at first but then I was like wow this is super cool. I walked around stomping the water with my hooves splashing water all over the place. Mom was beside the tub getting soaked. I kept grunting cause it was fun. I would also put my snout in the water and blow bubbles. Everyone was laughing so hard and I just couldn’t stop wagging my tail. Mommy soaped me up in some really good smelling stuff. She washed it all off and gave me a piggy massage. Heck, I could barely walk when mommy was done drying me off. My eyes were closing and I was so relaxed when mommy put me down for my lunch nap. I’ve got to do this bath thing again.
Oh, and today mommy gave me blueberry rice cake. Mmm that was terrific! Yawn, well I gotta take my nap. Oink oink out!

 

I Love the Weekend

Really who doesn’t love the weekends? Mom let’s me stay up later and play. She gets the biggest kick out of me running through the house. I do this little bark when I’m running. I just get so excited.
Hemi, the purr thing, still slaps at me to play and I still nip at his tail. He came in my room during my lunch time nap and kept trying to wake me up to play. He didn’t understand that I’m only a baby piglet. I need my sleep to grow into a strong pig.
Tonight my mom was on the floor playing with me. I surprised her by crawling into her lap and then stretching my body up her chest and kissing her on her chin. She got such a kick out of it. She then picked me up and cuddled me. Such a sweet mom.
Mom said she might try a different food with me this weekend. She mentioned cucumbers. Not sure what that is but I’ll keep you posted.
Gotta hit the bed now before mom catches me up late on the computer. Oink oink out!

 

Geez Mom Take a Chill Pill

I just have to get this out. Mom can be a little kooky. I’ve never seen anyone in my 9 weeks get so excited over pee pee or poo poo when I go in my wizzy spot in my bedroom. I mean really mom take a chill pill. This morning I went and she went “Good piggy, good Bacon” in her little sing song voice. If she had a tail, I think ‘she’ would be wagging it! She picked me up and kept loving on me. She worried me for a minute because she said, “You’re so cute, I could just eat you up!”. WTP (what the pig) – LOL. Thankfully, she was joking. But, thats my crazy loving mom. That’s why I try to always go on the wizzy spot. It makes her excited and when mom is happy, I am a happy pig.
Oh, last night mom was eating what she called nachos. She let me try a plain chip. It was good. Of course, I’m a piglet everything tastes good to me! I thought this picture was funny when I was surfing the net. Enjoy – oink oink out.
